Texas Rising Star is a rating and improvement system for childcare programs that is run by the State of Texas Workforce Commission. This program means we voluntarily meet and exceed State's Childcare Licensing Minimum Standards.

This Week's Curriculum
For the entire month of July, our curriculum will be themed, "Outer Space!"
This week our classrooms will be focusing on "Planets." The children will be engaging in a variety of activities that include painting "Puffy Planets," practicing their pattern recognition skills with a "Planet Pattern" worksheet, emphasizing the letter "P" while decorating a letter worksheet with cut-out planets, and working as a team to mix up a "Space Slime" recipe! These activities will provide opportunities for the children to use their creative expression, strengthen their fine motor, as well as their letter and color recognition skills, continue expanding their vocabulary, and experience various textures, in addition to states of matter.

Outer Space Exploration
Teaching children about the solar system helps them realize how fragile and important their home is! Use a family outing to look beyond our own small, blue planet and survey the rest of our Macrocosm.
We will be closed the following days, in alignment with the Liberty Hill School District 2024-2025 academic calendar.
Please note, tuition is due on closed holidays.
